GU falls to Shenandoah on the road

WINCHESTER, Va. - The Gallaudet University men's basketball team dropped a 93-62 contest on the road Saturday to Shenandoah University.

Gallaudet (0-3) was led by Brandon Chung (Kahului, Hawaii) as he scored 18 points and made nine of 17 shots from the floor. Sophomore forward Lance Wood (Fishers, Ind.) added 10 points and made seven rebounds. Freshman Enow Otto Jr. (Waldorf, Md.) added eight points and seven rebounds while sophomore Rory Lewis (Frederick, Md.) added six points and six rebounds. Junior guard Corey Smith (Miami, Fla.) scored seven points, five rebounds, four assists and three steals. 

Shenandoah (1-3) was led by Jaylen Williams, who scored a game-high 30 points, 14 rebounds and eight assists. The Hornets led 37-21 at the half.

Gallaudet returns home to host Salisbury University on Tuesday, Nov. 23, at 5 p.m.
